The Process

• Completed online Referral Form faxed directly to Seapark on 01704 531 703
• Introducer contacted for any outstanding information. Client contacted directly by Seapark
• Searches done and Client contacted directly with decision in principle
• Valuation requested on Clients/ Introducer instructions (client to pay direct to surveyor.)
• Await list of requirements and valuation report.
• Offer sent to client for signatures, once hard copies received and any outstanding information, send to solicitors and instruct for payout.
• Once solicitors are happy with the file, net funds will be released to Clients
• Usual turnaround time 1 week depending on what information is supplied on day one
