- Completed online Referral Form faxed directly to Seapark on 01704 531 703
- Introducer contacted for any outstanding information. Client contacted directly by Seapark
- Searches done and Client contacted directly with decision in principle
- Valuation requested on Clients/ Introducer instructions (client to pay direct to surveyor.) Await list of requirements and valuation report.
- Offer sent to client for signatures, once hard copies received and any outstanding information, send to solicitors and instruct for payout.
- Once solicitors are happy with the file, net funds will be released to Clients
- Usual turnaround time 1 week depending on what information is supplied on day one
